no block rate anywhere on site, again marriott just doesn't publish that kind of thing, reddit's brand level take is signed group agreements w 90-95% attrition for marriott properties generally, so nothing confirmed for this specific location

a may 2026 review said the room was small but the bed was fine, real complaint was the shower pressure being basically nonexistent and an AC that kept sputtering every 10-15 min. also got surprised at checkin with a $35/night garage parking charge that wasn't mentioned upfront, worth telling guests to ask about parking costs before they book if you go with this one
