reddit says hilton brand hotels do signed block agreements w 90-95% attrition typically, nothing specific to this property tho so its a call to their sales desk

reviews are a mixed bag, a longer stay reviewer raved about two staffers, blanca and jack, who made a full week feel like a home away from home checking in on them every evening, but a different guest had a rough go getting connecting rooms sorted for a family of 4 despite calling ahead to confirm, ended up on different floors and felt the front office manager didnt take it seriously. hot tub setup is also a little weird, its attached to the pool w a shared ledge so it can feel crowded
