No quote found, reviews just describe them as scaling to any crowd size, not a specific number

one review says they scale service from 15 to 1500 people, no per person cost mentioned

Service region: Vail Valley, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Denver

-review: they did VIP catering for the Powabunga music festival and apparently handled the whole event, from 15 people up to 1500 -reviewer said an out of town couple leaned on them to help put a whole event together, called the food phenomenal -another review calls the spice blends extraordinarily creative -reviews are mostly festival/corporate praise, though their vail page lists weddings among what they cater They also offer both buffet and plated service depending on the event.
