Reviewers describe two different staffers, Delaney and Debra, both called professional and easy to work with. One couple used them for rentals and florals together, including custom disco ball flower arrangements and chair setups, and liked having it all sourced from one vendor. A Zola review adds that Debra's team handles it whenever a problem comes up on the day. A July 2026 Zola review was the outlier, one star, saying they had to drive the planning themselves, the timeline wasn't run by the planner (the DJ took over), and the price didn't reflect the quality.
