checked their site and they do explicitly offer room blocks starting at 10 rooms, plus a seasonal discounts signup form. breakfast's included 7-10am which is nice for guests trying to get out the door. no actual pricing anywhere though, just a couple pdfs (credit card auth form and a factsheet) with nothing on rates, so it's a call for numbers situation. -pets are welcome too, a plus if guests are bringing a dog

-a 2 star review said staff were short with them at a late checkin and got cut off mid question because the office closes at 10pm sharp - a 1 star review said the same, avoid after 10, also waited 30 min for maintenance on a broken pullout bed - a 4 star review liked the location and mountain view but called breakfast very limited and said housekeeping wasn't provided past two nights - worth knowing before locking in a block for guests who might land late
