Block rates come from group sales. a reddit comment said Marriott and Hilton brand hotels usually do signed blocks with 90-95 percent attrition, but that was about the brands, not this hotel, so confirm the terms. parking is $15 a day per a March review.

- they also host weddings: WeddingWire lists 4,500 sq ft of event space including a 2,400 sq ft patio, with a $500 site fee, and block terms come from group sales - A 5 star review highlights staffer Erin going above and beyond, mailing back a forgotten cowboy boot after checkout - A 4 star review liked the clean lobby/pool but flagged slow check in from a staff shortage and a broken elevator - Parking is NOT free per that same review, worth budgeting for guests driving in

reviews don't get into block terms, so the rate and any attrition come from their group sales team.

one review said checkin took forever bc the receptionist answered a phone call mid transaction, kinda annoying but not a dealbreaker. way better story though: a guest left a cowboy boot behind after checkout and a staffer named erin went above and beyond to help sort it out, guest specifically called her out by name. there's also a 1 star complaint about management lying about a lost item being found, so if something goes missing don't assume it'll get handled smoothly, push back if needed.
