their events page says group rates kick in at 10+ rooms but posts no number. a reddit thread on colorado blocks says marriott and hilton properties generally need a signed group agreement with 90-95pct attrition, so ask their sales team for the real number

1) 4.3 stars over 671 google reviews 2) a guest said the balconies being back on rooms made a real difference 3) check in staff get called warm and efficient in reviews 4) one review flagged the pool area as 'not extravagant' but fine to hang out at 5) they also do small weddings on site, the events page says event space for up to 30 guests, 917 sq ft total

no block rate posted on their site, reddit says any marriott or hilton will set up a signed block agreement usually with attrition around 90-95%, so def loop in their sales office early

reviews are mostly glowing tbh, ppl really love the indoor courtyard w the fireplace, sounds cozy. one recent review from may 2026 complained about a new parking charge for what's basically just open lot parking, kinda annoying. also no free breakfast which stinks for a wedding weekend with a bunch of guests staying
