swing city express is a swing party band out of colorado springs, they can do either a 9 or 12 piece lineup depending on budget/space i'm guessing. genres are 40s swing, jump swing, and latin, and they'll apparently learn a custom first dance song for you which is a nice touch. no reviews came up so can't vouch for how they actually sound live, would want to see video before booking Brass and piano anchor the band's sound across sets.
