found a review from someone who stayed here for a wedding this year, said it is only 2 miles from downtown durango and a short walk to the animas river trail, they even had towels just for wiping down bikes and gear lol. another couple said the building is older but really well updated, small rooms but everything they needed, the coffee maker was apparently a little weird but they did not mind. seems like a solid budget option for out of town guests
