this is condo style not a normal hotel, first unit apparently sold for $29k back in 1973 which is a fun fact but useless for pricing today lol. there is a group package flyer for holidays linked on their meetings and events page but no wedding block rates posted, for a block their faq says to email the sales team Breakfast is not included (no restaurant on site, just full kitchens and breakfast spots nearby), and garage parking is $50 a day for one spot per condo, waived if you book direct through their site or reservations line. -in ski season they run a free courtesy shuttle around town, and about 20% of the units take pets at $50 per pet per night

-one reviewer hosting a customer conference here called staff professional and said the team made a multi day event feel effortless -a different guest gave 1 star, said their unit had a strong odor resembling animals and the whole place felt musty, warned people with allergies to be careful -a 5 star review called it a hidden gem in lionshead, short walk to the gondola, staff chased them down at the airport to return a lost wallet For weddings their faq says they do space available room contracts through the sales team, and the meetings page says the banquet space fits up to 100 people, used for things like rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches.
