this is condo style not a normal hotel, first unit apparently sold for $29k back in 1973 which is a fun fact but useless for pricing today lol. there is a group package pdf linked on their meetings and events page for holidays but it would not open for me, so no clue what the actual group rate looks like, guessing you would have to call sales directly for a wedding block Breakfast is not included, and parking includes both free spots and some paid options depending on where you park.
