nothing on rates or blocks from the hotel's own site, reddit says hilton brand properties generally do signed room block agreements w 90-95% attrition, this ones still pretty new (reviewers call it 'brand new feeling') so no group block history documented anywhere that i found

reviews are basically all 5 stars, one guest said its right across from lutheran hospital and only a 6 min walk which is clutch if family is coming in for a hospital visit, another mentioned a manager named april let them check in early which was a nice surprise. no negatives really jumped out besides doors slamming and no jacuzzi despite the heated pool
