no property specific block terms found; the property is physically in Johnstown, about 15 min from downtown Loveland; general reddit discussion of the comfort brand suggests a courtesy block is likely, not confirmed directly

-physically in johnstown, ~15 min from downtown loveland, near northern co regional airport -indoor pool + waterslide + hot tub get repeat praise across reviews -heads up, a review mentions reddish stains on couch cushions they couldn't identify, and a bathroom door that opens right into a fixed shower glass panel w no way around it

general reddit discussion says Comfort brand hotels are often more willing to do a courtesy block, though nothing property specific is confirmed, block terms would come from the hotel directly

the physical address is Johnstown not Loveland technically, about 15 min from downtown Loveland, worth knowing if your guests expect to be IN Loveland proper, pool and waterslide get repeated praise and a review called out a pool attendant named Justin as helpful Breakfast is included with the stay.
