Travel fee is $65 per stylist within Colorado Springs, Monument, Larkspur and Manitou Springs, goes fully to that stylist, and runs $100 for Denver or Boulder and $150 to $160 for Breckenridge, Vail or Estes Park. $400 nonrefundable deposit to hold the date, Friday through Sunday weddings need at least 8 services (4 hair, 4 makeup), and a 7am or earlier start adds $200 per team member. All wedding day services are on location, trials happen at their studio on W Colorado Ave, one hour per service. They don't book trials until your date is secured.

A December 2025 review said Brandi has been the reviewer's stylist and friend for 15 years and made wedding morning feel calm and fun. Another said Brandi and the team rolled with a last minute day-of location change, and JB kept working right through a building fire alarm. But a 1 star reviewer who flew in from Houston felt it was not worth the $400 given the high expectations set by other reviews, worth knowing before booking sight unseen.
