Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center

-4.2 stars near fiddlers green - parking called out as $15/night in one review, said it felt pricey given the location isnt exactly prime - brand level reddit chatter says denver metro hyatt places can do a complimentary around 10 room courtesy block, worth asking if that applies here - id get any block rate in writing from sales

- WATCH OUT: a 1 star review from a nearly week long stay called out constant noise from neighboring rooms and housekeeping starting as early as 8am - Counterpoint: a 4 night stay reviewer rated it a solid 5 across safety, cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, docking only half a star for not getting daily maid service - 4.2 stars overall - brand pattern suggests a small courtesy hold may be possible but nothing confirmed for this address

A five star review actually describes staying here for a wedding weekend. The couple originally booked just the night before the wedding, loved it enough to extend for the rest of the weekend, and a staffer named Maria handled adding the extra nights quickly and easily. The same review mentions sleeping in and missing breakfast on the last morning, only for another staffer, Zuzana, to catch them and offer food anyway. That review says nothing about block rates or terms, so a couple would still need to negotiate group pricing directly rather than relying on this one guest's experience.
