A reddit rundown on Colorado hotel blocks says Hilton-brand properties like this one typically require a signed group agreement with attrition around 90 to 95 percent, so nightly rate and any discount would need to come from their group sales contact.

Google reviews run mostly positive here, 4.4 stars over about 497 reviews. One reviewer praised a friendly front desk attendant and called housekeeping's daily tidying some of the best they'd seen. Another said the rates were great and the beds were comfy. Treat any block rate as a guess until you call the hotel directly.
