No quote found, group discount listed but no rate
Their colorado.com listing says a group discount is available but gives no figure or block terms. A reddit source on Colorado hotel blocks says Hilton brand properties typically require a signed block agreement with 90 to 95 percent attrition, but that is brand-wide, not confirmed for this location.
Reviews call the breakfast among the best of any hotel stay, with daily variety and no repeats mentioned by one guest. Staff get consistent praise for politeness. On the downside, one repeat guest found white cat hair on their bed and sheets despite the room being marketed as clean, and another noted the bathroom faucet sprays when flushed.
