No quote provided, no block rate published

The hotel doesn't publish block terms on its own pages. Marriott's own description puts it about 10 minutes from CSU and Old Town Fort Collins, useful for guests. Brand wide reddit commentary on Marriott and Hilton properties describes signed group agreements with attrition typically around 90 to 95 percent, so any real number would come from the hotel's sales contact.

The location sounds convenient, close to CSU and Old Town, which matters if your wedding guests want to be near restaurants and bars. They also do weddings per their events page, though the space is small, 898 sq ft of meeting space with the biggest room (the Aggies) holding 48, and they pitch themselves as minutes from Block One Events.

No published block terms, they just don't post them. Reddit says Marriott brand hotels generally run group blocks on a signed attrition agreement, usually 90-95 percent, so confirm the real number with the hotel directly.
