A Touch of Bliss | Day of Wedding Coordinator

Service region: Denver metro

site is all about day of coordination and general wedding planning day of coordination starting at $2,350 is the one number they post, for everything else you fill out a form and they say they'll send a full pricing guide within 24 hours lol. one review on their site raves about a coordinator sending a full excel spreadsheet of everything, building the day of timeline, taking over vendor communication, and running the rehearsal, so sounds pretty thorough. Beyond day of, they offer a planning guidance option that coaches you through each month, and 2 planners on the team do full service planning and design by inquiry.

4.9 stars across 262 google reviews overall. one specific coordinator, kime, gets called out a lot, handled a stain on a dress with a product kit and kept the day on schedule. one 3 star review said communication was great throughout planning but the rehearsal and parts of the day felt chaotic, the decor didn't match the detailed inspiration photos the bride sent, and she wished they'd moved the decor indoors sooner once the wind picked up. worth knowing going in.
