$350 raw bar + shucker base, oysters at market price

$350 covers the raw bar setup and teardown, two hours of service and one shucker (orders over 200 oysters need another shucker), roaming shuckers are $200 each and an oyster grilling station is $200, the oysters and seafood are extra at market price (contact them for current pricing), and delivery past 50 miles from their kitchen adds $200 plus mileage

Service region: Colorado + Utah, based in Grand Junction

this is a pretty fun niche one, bonfire oyster co does a wandering oyster and raw bar setup, shucking on site for milestone events like weddings. they say they source premium oysters from top aquaculture farms and serve colorado and utah, based out of grand junction. their site lists a $350 raw bar and shucker base, but the oysters themselves are market priced so you'd still have to reach out for a real number, and there are no reviews yet so can't speak to how it actually goes on the day.
