Home2 by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center

-3.7 stars, mixed reviews - parking called out repeatedly as overpriced at $64/night, though reviewers note its basically the only nearby option - brand level reddit says expect a signed attrition agreement around 90-95% if u go the guaranteed route - would ask specifically about attrition % & whether guests pay direct or you prepay

A few reviews call out the location as the main selling point, walkable to most downtown activities, which matters if guests don't want to rent a car. Breakfast is included and gets consistent praise too. The parking rate of $64 a night comes up in more than one review as a shock, though reviewers admit the surrounding lots aren't much better. Block terms would need to come straight from the hotel's sales contact.

- Staff: a 5 star review said a breakfast attendant went out of her way to help calm a guest's crying baby, small but memorable detail - Rooms: called small but functional, good for a studio style stay per a 4 star review - Location: repeatedly called convenient and walkable in reviews - Block terms: brand level reddit chatter suggests expect an attrition clause if you go guaranteed, confirm w/ sales
