general hyatt place courtesy block pattern from reddit only, unconfirmed for this property

-4.3 stars - WATCH OUT: a 2 star review says the front desk staff after a 12hr drive were unfriendly and dismissive, gave poor service, called it the worst part of the stay - breakfast got mixed reviews too, fine early on but overwhelmed during a hockey tournament weekend per one reviewer - rooms updated w/ bigger tvs & hdmi per another review, just popcorn ceilings not redone - id confirm block terms directly w/ sales

going off the general denver metro hyatt place courtesy block pattern from reddit, small complimentary hold, unconfirmed here, property does have small on site meeting space per the listing, near park meadows mall

this one has actual meeting space on site which could be handy for a group, plus its right by park meadows mall for guests who want shopping nearby. reviews are solid, 4.3 stars, one really sweet 5 star review talks about staff going above and beyond for someone recovering from surgery, checking in on them the whole stay. downside mentioned in a 4 star review, only 1 working elevator during a hockey tournament weekend which caused a big backup at max capacity, so ask about elevator situation if booking during a busy event weekend.
