a reddit commenter said they used planner annabel at antler and orchid events and called her amazing. annabel owns it and runs a small team (1-3 people per zola), based out of denver per zola (weddingwire lists them in boulder), and they say they know high country venues and will travel for destination weddings. service levels on zola: full planning, day-of coordination, destination, elopement/microwedding and a la carte. a 2024 zola review said annabel asked why they wanted a day-of coordinator, then fully delivered on keeping the day-of stress off them, and their venue raved about working with her. weddingwire shows 17 reviews, all 5 stars.
