Listed on a roomblocks.com wedding-block directory for Boulder as a 3-star, 3.9/5 property about 10 miles out, with parking, breakfast, restaurant, and group services flagged; rates there come as custom proposals from the hotel rather than a posted figure. Free breakfast got permanently discontinued in December 2025 per multiple recent reviews even though Marriott's own site/app still advertises it.

this one's on a boulder area wedding block directory listing group services as an amenity, where rates come by proposal rather than posted. big flag though: several reviews from early-mid 2026 say the hotel stopped serving breakfast in december 2025 and the marriott website/bonvoy app still falsely advertise it as included, one guest said it cost them several hundred extra in food. worth confirming current amenities directly before booking a block here
