Add reconRoom blocks available, no set rate published
Their site confirms room blocks are available and they're listed on the RoomBlocks.com wedding-block aggregator for Fort Collins as a 3-star, 4.8-rated group property. Current promo bundles a $50 dining credit plus complimentary parking during your stay. No specific block nightly rate is posted. Their regular stay-longer offer takes 5% off one night, up to 10% for two nights and up to 15% for three or more.
Loving that this hotel actually lists room blocks are available right on their site. They're also on RoomBlocks.com specifically for Fort Collins wedding blocks which is a great sign. Current special includes a $50 dining credit for Ace Cafe or Ace Gillett's plus free parking for your stay. No exact block rate is posted though so you'd still need to call for real numbers. They do host weddings too, their meetings page pitches weddings for around 100, with the Library holding up to 40 and Ace Gillett's lounge up to 50, and you can book both together.
Around $600/night based on one guest's report
One reviewer cited paying $1,200 total for a 2-night stay on a standard room, that's the only real number found. No published block rate, room blocks are offered per the site but block pricing is by request.
Paid $1,200 for two nights per one review. Felt overpriced to them. Free cruiser bikes and a noise machine got praised. Old Town location, walkable. Room blocks exist per their site but no rate listed. The hotel is pet friendly.
Didn't get a quote for block rate
Room blocks available per the site and confirmed on the RoomBlocks.com aggregator for Fort Collins, but no nightly block rate, minimum room count, or cutoff date is published. Parking and shuttle options are arranged through the front desk, not automatically included.
Booking logistics worth flagging here. One reviewer booked a corner suite for a birthday, tried to add a second night, and reservations said by email only a regular king or queen was left while the website still showed the one-bedroom suite open, only got fixed after calling reservations directly. So confirm big blocks by phone, not just the site. Parking isn't included by default, it's $20 a night in their lot billed to the room, with city garages and free street parking nearby, and the front desk has shuttle options plus a discount code for Landline. No published cutoff date or minimum room count.
