mixed bag on reviews tbh, one bride gave 2 stars because she tried to exchange a dress for a color change a week and a half after buying and they said no even though it was the same price and unworn (the staff member helping her was apparently great though). another person showed up during posted hours and the store just wasn't open, gave it 1 star for that alone. on the plus side someone else raved about the alterations, said they lowered a zipper and added a shoulder cover and it came out perfect, so service quality seems to depend on the day
