-reviews are almost all 5 star, one guest called their stay absolutely incredible right on the florida river -a family of 15 rented the whole big cabin in december 2025 and said the owners were wonderful, sounds like a good group/wedding party setup -one 1 star review says they had to cancel 44 days out for a family health emergency and still got charged the deposit plus a $75 fee, called the owners shady about it -none of the reviews i read mention a nightly rate, so budget off the deposit/cancellation terms not a quoted room price -parking's free with a reserved spot per cabin, dogs are allowed in six of the ten cabins for a one-time fee, and breakfast isn't part of the stay, they sell breakfast packages delivered to your cabin ($79 for 2, $109 for 4)
