Mischief Pizza does neapolitan sourdough pizza catering out of Highlands Ranch, and their site says they cater anywhere in Colorado (Zola says mileage gets added depending on how far they travel). They usually work off their food truck but can set up at any venue with portable ovens. They're a Best of Zola pick and list dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options. Zola shows food from $15 per person with an $800 minimum spend, though that's a floor and not a full wedding quote. Zola has 6 reviews, all 5 stars, and an aug 2026 bride said they handled all their allergy concerns, did the tasting at their place, and made a custom heart-shaped pizza for a pizza cutting instead of a cake cutting.
