Add recon15% off event-space fee w/ a room block, room rates not separately discounted
per their site, booking a guestroom block alongside an event knocks 15% off the event-space site fee, not the nightly room rate itself, separately there's an up to 20% colorado resident room discount unrelated to blocks, no straight block nightly rate is published
-boulder location, their block-with-event deal is 15% off the event space fee, not necessarily off nightly room rates -they also host weddings here, the flatirons ballroom is 15,000 sq ft and the lawn and viewpoint deck are set up for outdoor ceremonies -separate 20% off deal exists for colorado residents but that's not block specific -comp hotel car service within 2 miles is a nice perk for a wedding weekend -cu rec center day passes are on their amenity list Parking is paid, with valet available, and pets are welcome to stay.
No quote provided for the block itself, reviews call the stay top tier
they don't publish a nightly block rate, the one block perk on their site is 15% off the event-space fee, and the review from the couple whose whole guest list stayed here doesn't mention what rooms cost
A five star review said their whole wedding guest list stayed here and called it the most perfect weekend, with a room big enough to get ready in on the day. Another reviewer loved the comp car service that drives you anywhere within a few miles, plus lemon water, cookies, and towels already on the pool loungers, and said the small gym is offset by guest passes to the CU rec center. A third reviewer on a mother daughter trip called out bikes and fire pits as highlights.
