No block pricing posted on their site. Reviews describe rooms as small but a great deal for the price, with free street parking nearby that offsets cost, though breakfast costs extra (a Visit Denver booking listing calls it a surcharge). No discount percentage or block minimum posted.
Google reviews for this one are mostly glowing, comfy beds, free street parking, a shower stocked with body wash and shampoo, and a rooftop with mountain views one reviewer specifically praised. Breakfast is sold at the lobby coffee shop and there are snacks for sale at the desk late into the night. One review did warn about having to double check the receipt for bogus charges, worth a look before your guests check out. Their site pitches the 2,000 sq ft event space for weddings but doesn't mention a room block.

No block terms are posted on the hotel's own site. A reddit thread on Colorado blocks says brands like Best Western, Quality Inn and Comfort Inn are often more willing than the big chains to do an actual courtesy block, a discounted group rate with no charge for unbooked rooms, but nothing is confirmed specifically for this hotel. Reviews call the rooms a great deal for the price, with free street parking.
