No new numbers, reviews just back up the site's $150-165pp plated tiers

reviews describe multiple course meals at private residences in breckenridge and vail, matching the site's plated menu structure

Service region: Breckenridge and surrounding mountain towns (e.g. Vail)

-cooked a 40th anniversary dinner in someone's home, called a core family memory by one of the kids -did a bachelorette party dinner, accommodated dietary restrictions, guests said he brought a ton of energy -a vail booking got a 5 course dinner, reviewer called the puerto rican/colorado fusion sophisticated and personal -all reviews 5 star, all private in home events not big receptions

$150-165pp for sample plated menus

site lists an Among the Peaks and Pines 4 course menu at $150pp and An Evening in the Rockies 7 course menu at $165pp, both subject to change with seasonal ingredients, a 9 course and 12 course tasting menu also offered but without posted prices

Service region: Breckenridge and surrounding mountain towns (e.g. Vail)

This is a private in home dining chef based in Breckenridge, not a traditional event caterer. His posted sample menus run from a 4 course dinner at $150 per person up to unpriced 9 and 12 course tasting menus, the higher tier blending Colorado ingredients with his Puerto Rican background. Good option for a smaller in home wedding adjacent event like a rehearsal dinner or anniversary, not a large reception.
