per person pricing with a 10 person minimum on most items

site prices everything per person: hors d'oeuvres, salads and buffet entrees all carry a 10 person minimum, add ons like guac/cheese run $2pp, a 3rd protein choice is $4pp, breakfast add ons like sausage or bacon run $2-3pp, continental breakfast needs a 20 person minimum, they also run a food truck for live events

Service region: Colorado Springs area

so their whole menu is priced per person which is nice for planning, but basically everything (apps, salads, buffet entrees) needs a 10 person minimum to book. little add ons stack up though, guac or cheese is $2pp, a third protein choice is $4 more, breakfast add ons like sausage/bacon run $2-3pp. they also do a food truck option if you want something more casual/live for the event.

no formal quote - a review says they came in on a limited budget with no issue

review describes a wedding booked with about 3 weeks notice, June 4 inquiry for a June 26 reception, budget details not disclosed

Service region: Colorado Springs area

-a review said they reached out on june 4th for a june 26th wedding reception and chuck still fit them in, thats a fast turnaround -chuck worked around an unusual venue and a limited budget, food was delicious per the review -another reviewer said their food truck shows up at a job site regularly and staff always buys, calls the street tacos a favorite -a third review just says they worked hard to fit any stated budget -they also cover comfort style dishes, offer plated and drop off service, and can do vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options
