One longtime regular, 3 to 4 years, said management had gone severely downhill over the last year and appointments kept getting messed up, so she's dropping her regular nail appointments, even though she loved her nail tech and the front desk person who fixed the mixups. Worth asking current clients before booking a big bridal party. On the plus side, a different review said the downtown location gets lively with groups booking together for special occasions since it's right on Tejon where a lot of events happen. A mom's review in June said management was really helpful setting up a manicure and pedicure spa day for the bridal party, moms and grandmother before her daughter's wedding.
