discounted group rate from 10 rooms, no number posted

their events page says you get a discounted group rate when you book 10 or more rooms, but no rate or attrition terms are posted. someone on reddit said marriott brand blocks typically run through a signed agreement with 90-95pct attrition, so ask their sales desk which kind you'd be signing

front desk gets good reviews here. one guest said Priscilla swapped their room in seconds when it didn't have a tub, handled a broken AC and dead TVs with a smile too. another guest waited 15 minutes per person to check in because of a computer glitch, got a free water bottle for the trouble, not exactly a fix. worth asking about their check in process if you've got a big group arriving at once. they also do smaller wedding events: one 1,500 sq ft salon (80 banquet, 70 reception) plus a patio, pitched for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties and showers.

No block rate posted; per a reddit thread on Colorado wedding blocks, Marriott properties generally require a signed agreement with an attrition clause near 90 to 95 percent, so the real terms would come from group sales directly.

Reviews run about 4.2 stars over roughly 690 ratings. One 2026 guest called the room layout odd and said the bed was the most uncomfortable they've had at a Marriott, though they noted the location was convenient. Front desk service is consistently praised, which is worth noting for anyone coordinating a group check in.
