Add reconNo block rate quoted, going off reviews the property reads dated
Block terms would come from the hotel's group sales desk, and reviews suggest the building needs updating so ask detailed questions before locking guests into a block.
-1 star review from a long time hilton honors member called the property condition bordering on deplorable, specifically the elevator flooring -same reviewer said staff was wonderful despite the building issues -a 5 star review said staff handled 300 wrestling families & coaches during a tournament w/ patience, so they can handle group volume -2 star review liked the breakfast & dark at night rooms but called the mattress lumpy & tilted, said they won't be back -worth a call to ask if rooms have been refreshed before booking a group block

Block rate would come from their group sales desk. Someone on reddit said any Hilton or Marriott brand hotel does blocks with a signed agreement and 90-95 percent attrition, but that was about the brands in general, not this hotel. It's pitched as a gateway property for RMNP/Estes Park with free breakfast and an indoor pool.
no block pricing to go on for this one. someone on reddit said hilton and marriott brand hotels generally do a signed contract + 90-95% attrition, but that was about the brands, not this hotel, so group sales would have actual numbers. its positioned as a basecamp for RMNP/estes park trips which is a nice angle if your wedding guests wanna hike before or after. reviews are pretty split on the property condition tho so read those before committing a block here.
