Found a review from a couple who had to cancel their wedding entirely and said the manager, Michael, was extraordinarily kind and helped them sort the financial side of canceling without drama. That's about the only wedding-specific info out there since nothing on rates or block terms is published anywhere. Other reviews mention noisy AC in at least one room and a lot of love for the Pearl Street location. No sign of a formal room block program, so expect to work everything out with them directly.
