this place used to be a trailborn and has since rebranded as trailhead lodge rocky mountains, same spot on stanley ave. their site doesn't post room rates or block pricing, groups go through an event inquiry form. they also host weddings and banquets on site with their own catering menus. parking is complimentary, pet friendly rooms are an add-on, and it's walkable to downtown. worth a look but go in with low expectations on getting anything concrete online

Site has no published block rates or nightly pricing for wedding groups. A reddit thread describes a couple trying to arrange a room block for about 100 wedding guests here, with the hotel going quiet mid-coordination, so any block terms would have to come straight from their sales team.
A couple on reddit was trying to set up a room block for around 100 wedding guests, and the hotel apparently stopped responding partway through the process. A separate commenter said they were currently working with Trailborn for their own wedding and called it not fun, would not recommend.

-1 star review said they booked the fall in love upgrade 2 months out and the site advertised it but staff said it does not exist -another review from october called the stay underwhelming, said maintenance and training need work but the bartender was a bright spot -5 star review from june loved it, saw mule deer, elk and a bear on site, said rooms were clean and staff were sweet Also worth noting, they welcome pets during a stay.
