read a bunch of reviews on this one and the front desk staff keep getting singled out as genuinely great, like top notch friendly across multiple reviews. downside though, housekeeping apparently doesn't come every day unless you specifically ask, and one review mentioned a little pink mold in the shower grout and the ac not getting as cold as they hoped. one reviewer who needed a low floor for a medical situation said the antlers was upfront that it had no first floor rooms and put them on the 2nd floor, so if you're booking rooms for older relatives or anyone with mobility needs ask about floors before you book. no block pricing posted, so you'd have to ask
